Terms for posting and interacting with social media profiles owned by Beone.
1. If you are an employee of BEONE, you must adhere to BEONE policy for media and social networks on BEONE network.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to post any content on any social media site.
3. As a guest posting content on any social networking site on the Internet, you agree that you will not: violate any local, state, federal or international law, including but not limited to; the copyright and intellectual property rights in any content that you submit or receive through this Policy; transmit any material that is (by uploading, posting, emailing or otherwise) unlawful, disruptive, threatening, profane, abusive, harassing, embarrassing, tortuous, defamatory, obscene, defamatory, invasive of another person's privacy, hateful or racist; Ethnic or otherwise objectionable as we specify solely in the discretion of BEONE; falsely impersonate any person, entity or country or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; transmit any material (by downloading, posting, email or otherwise) that you do not have the right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; transmit any material (by uploading, posting, emailing or otherwise) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party; Transmit (by uploading, posting, e-mailing or otherwise) any unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements (including advertising of services or products not affiliated with BEONE), promotional materials, “junk mail” ;, "spam", "chain messages", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation; Transmit any material (by downloading, posting, e-mail or otherwise) that contains viruses, worms, disable code, or any computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment or software ; Harass others, or collect, store, or attempt to collect or store personal data about third parties without their knowledge or consent, or to share confidential pricing information with any party.
4. BEONE reserves the right to monitor, block, limit, block, suspend, terminate, delete, or suspend your access to any social media site, at any time, without notice and for any reason reasons at its discretion. BEONE may remove, delete, screen, filter or otherwise restrict any material in its sole discretion. You understand and agree that BEONE may disclose your communications and activities with BEONE in response to legitimate requests by government authorities, including emergency law requests, court orders, or subpoenas, or to protect the rights of BEONE. You agree that in the event that BEONE exercise any of its rights under this Agreement for any reason, BEONE shall not bear any liability to you.
5. By posting any content on any social media site, you grant BEONE an irrevocable right to reproduce, distribute, publish or display such content, and the right to create derivative works of your content, edit or modify such content and use such content for any purpose of BEONE.
6. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold BEONE and their affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors and attributing damages from and against, and shall promptly reimburse them for, i.e. and all losses, claims, damages, settlements, costs, and claims of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) any of which may become the subject of, as a result of, or in any way connected with, your posting of any Content on the Social Media Site, any Third party claims for infringement or any breach of this policy.
7. You expressly acknowledge that you bear all responsibility for the security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in the transmission of any Content over the Internet. By its nature, the Website and the Internet cannot be completely protected against malicious or intentional break-in attempts. BEONE does not control third party websites and the Internet that may choose to transmit confidential personal or health information or other content.
