Booking

You have to provide the following details:

Shipper

  • Contact Name
  • Company
  • Complete Physical Address
  • Country
  • Telephone/Mobile No
  • Town/City
  • State
  • Postal Code
  • E-mail
  • Item Description + HS code & country of origin (only for import & export items)
  • No. of Packages (pieces)
  • Weight of each box (piece)
  • Dimensions of each box (piece)
  • Invoice value
  • Total Weight

Consignee

  • Contact Name
  • Company
  • Complete Physical Address
  • Country
  • Telephone/Mobile No
  • Town/City
  • State
  • Postal Code

Please note all Non-documents shipments requires Invoice Value even if it's sample, gift or for personal use.

Check with your supplier because without this requirement details we're unable to book your shipment.

Provide the Proof of purchase/Payment Slip/Transaction in order to avoid delay/return.

You need to share with us the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) so that we will check and get an approval to move.

Please note both documents are required in order to proceed with the booking, we're unable to book you shipment without the required docs for both Import & Export shipments. This is for the safety of each shipment, if there's any possible issues of shipment lost then we can claim as per declared in Invoice Copy & Packing List, and it's a must to upload in system as well for our reference.

Tracking

You can get your tracking ID from the booking confirmation email or the client portal where you booked your shipment.

Normally tracking information should appear immediately after we received your shipment, but in some cases it may take up to 48 hours to show.

Could be due to:

  • Delay, which maybe due to reasons beyond Beone like: holidays, weather, customs or strikes.
  • Technical, which could be from Beone side or other providers that Beone is partnering with them.

Delivery

Delivery times can depend on the product/service chosen and origin/destination relation; from 2-3 days for neighboring countries and up to 20 days for countries with long distances.

If you haven't received your shipment, please contact customer service.

Yes, but if the shipment has already been dispatched, then an additional charges may apply.
